Milford competes at the second highest classification in Michigan, Division 2. At Milford we prepare our student athletes to compete against D1 and D2 recruits regularly within our own conference, the Lakes Valley Conference (LVC). Our weightroom, weight training program, practice schedule, schemes, concepts and philosophies are as close to college like as you will see. We hope our efforts make transitioning from High School to College easier for our athletes.
